Letters in Food Science & Technology [LFST] is an international peer-reviewed, open-access Journal dedicated totally to cater the needs of the researchers, scientists and academicians who are working on the current advancements in Food Science & Technology. The goal of this Journal is to provide a platform for the scientists and the academicians all over the world to present, share and promote various aspects pertaining to the newer issues and perspectives in Food Science & Technology and related disciplines. 

All the manuscripts have to be prepared in English language and are subjected to a rigorous and international peer-review process. All the accepted manuscripts will appear online within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of completion of the peer-review process.
